We start the New Year with a new set of tracks from YouTube sensation Francesco Parrino. Featuring film music, standards, and eclectic pop from Cindi Lauper to Green Day to Harry Styles, this playlist comes to us from Francesco’s studio in Italy, recorded on a Spirio B | r.

This month we also welcome new tracks from top talent in Sweden and rising star worldwide, Joel Lyssarides. His short program, recently recorded at our Hamburg studio, gives a taste of why his music has become so popular. He is also featured in this month’s SpirioSync video.

And it is the birthday month for the composer, philosopher, and virtuoso pianist Alexander Scriabin. He wrote many works for solo piano throughout his fascinating career which progressed from Romanticism to mysticism and explored color in music. Much of this music is now essential repertoire for the modern pianist, and our new playlist includes some of our favorite works and performances.

Finally, we welcome Steinway Artist Gerardo Teissonnière to the Spirio roster this month.  He has just released his second album on the Steinway Label, which features the complete Impromptus by Franz Schubert. His Spirio performances demonstrate why this new recording, along with his previous recording of Beethoven sonatas has been so well-received.
